ABOUT ME

I qualified from the University of Bedfordshire in 2014 with a First-Class BSc (Honours) degree in Sports Therapy.

A key interest of mine is Soft Tissue Therapy. I have seen and experienced the first hand benefits soft tissue therapy can have, not only physically, but physiologically and psychologically too. I have over 5 years’ clinical experience, from which I have treated a range of people from professional dancers to ultra marathon runners. As well as this, I also have experience working in both professional football clubs and private hospitals. I enjoy helping people overcome problems that interfere in both sporting, and daily life, regardless of age and ability.
